PROTOCOL ENTERTAINMENT SIGNS TONY LEWIS FROM THE OUTFIELD FOR MANAGEMENT

Atlanta’s Protocol Entertainment is proud to announce the signing of Tony Lewis for Artist Management.  Lewis was the lead singer from The Outfield, who took the airwaves by storm with their infectious pop songs, including “Your Love,” “All the Love,” and “Say it isn’t So.”     Their 1985 debut album Play Deep, reached triple platinum sales status and the band became pop rock icons with loyal fans.

Protocol Entertainment first started working with The Outfield in 2004 and promoted their past two releases.    After the unfortunate passing of co-founder and band mate John Spinks, Tony went through a period where he took a break away from music.  He finally woke up one day and felt inspired to start playing again and recording.

Randy Sadd reached out to Tony, which led to them meeting in a Paddington pub in London England.   Tony shared with Randy that he was dipping his toe back into making music, and Randy helped guide him through the rest of the album.

This eventually led to a record deal with Madison Records, and a new CD, Out of the Darkness, to be released in July 2018.    Lewis he will also be performing on this summer’s much anticipated Retro Futura National Tour. The tour also features Belinda Carlisle, Modern English, ABC, Limahl from Kajagoogoo, and Annabella from Bow Wow Wow. “I am really looking forward to supporting this new music by performing live and reconnecting with the music industry.” said Lewis.
