Before Columbia signed Mullins, Protocol helped secure heavy rotation play at 99X in Atlanta and Q101 in Chicago, quickly establishing Mullins as the hottest buzz in the industry. Mullins went on to top the national radio charts at #1 for eight straight weeks and later received a Grammy nomination for 'Best Male Pop Vocal'. To this day, Mullins holds the record for the most number of weeks at #1 for a single since BDS was introduced as the industry radio tracking standard.
