Randy Sadd – President

Music veteran Randy Sadd founded Protocol Entertainment with a focus on providing labels, corporations, and artists with experienced and professional music management, promotion, and overall quarterbacking of a project.

Protocol Entertainment has had the privilege of working with numerous artists who went on to global success such as Jennifer Nettles, Shawn Mullins, Parmalee, Fozzy, Rehab, Kuarantine featuring Chris Jericho, Butch Walker and The Marvelous 3, and more.  In addition to the current role as Director of Promotion for Madison Records,  Protocol also has a management division.  Our client roster has featured The Outfield and singer Tony Lewis, Keni Thomas (Sweet Home Alabama), PYLETRIBE featuring Rock n Roll Hall of Fame Lynyrd Skynyrd drummer Artimus Pyle and son Chris, Guardians of the Jukebox featuring Rich Ward, Hero The Band, 13 Stories, and more!

Previous to starting Protocol Entertainment, Sadd was Vice-President of Promotion at Ichiban Records, where he successfully quarterbacked and charted a number of national projects resulting in company record sales of over 10,000,000 units.  Artist’s included Lil Jon, MC Breed & 2Pac, Chuck D, Ashford & Simpson, Kool Moe Dee, MJG, WIllie D, and 95 South’s “Whoot There It is”, which still stands as one of the biggest stadium anthems today.  Additionally, MC Breed was featured on George Clinton’s “Paint The White House Black” along with Ice Cube, Dr. Dre, Yo-Yo, and Kam.

Sadd graduated with an Economics degree from the University of Georgia and studied abroad at Oxford University in England.

From the music business to the internet, from Mobile initiatives to Entertainment promotion, John has had quite a diverse career. Prior to forming an alliance with Protocol, John produced and remixed a multi-platinum record in his studio, co-founded several record labels, started and raised a substantial amount of funding for a industry start ups, and helped Fortune 500 companies market to their customers.

John currently helps Protocol clients with  marketing and entertainment-based premiums and promotions and digital marketing strategies.

John attended Virginia Tech University and later received degrees from Full Sail Center for the Recording Arts and the Shorter Business College.

Shane Aubrey – Event Promotion

Shane Aubrey is President of USA Entertainment (www.usaentertainment.net), a special events & promotion company based in Atlanta, GA. USA Entertainment produces top notch music, sports, travel, chairty, and social events in Atlanta and the Southeast.   USA Entertainment’s brand and public reach has resulted in events garnering 10,000 people and more.

Shane is a Marketing Graduate from the University of Georgia and has an MBA from Samford University.

Scott Topper – Special Events and A&R

Scott Topper is a Four time Emmy nominated TV show host. In addition to producing two TV shows for MTV, he has served as tour host of ABC Radio Network’s American Top-40 national tour. In the corporate world, he represented both AT&T and MCI as a national spokesperson. Scott also served as the Entertainment Reporter/Host for Fox 11 TV and NBC 6, and is currently the afternoon host on KLite 101.7 in Santa Barbara/Los Angeles.

Scott attended Rutgers University where he graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Broadcast Journalism and Theater Arts.
